HID Landing and Taxi lights

For some time now I have been wanting to change out my landing and taxi lights to something that will throw out alot more light. The 100W halogen job just was not doing the job for me. I am thinking about using my RV to get my night rating this summer so it just gave me that extra initiative to get it sorted.

Options to consider was either LED or HID More

Ok, So it has been a long time since my last post on this building blog. I have been super busy with life, especially after the birth of my little girl and guess just having too much fun flying 🙂 But after lots of phone calls and emails of guys asking what has happened? Are you still flying etc I thought it would be best to update this site 🙂

Basically the testing phase of my RV6 has been completed and I have received my final certificate of airworthiness. I am now free to fly this bird anywhere I please during night or day 🙂
