Because of the engine configuration and prop I have I can’t just use the standard 2 1/4 spacer, I needed to order a conversion spacer from Saber. After receiving it I must say the money is well spent as the quality and fit of this spacer is excellent.

I followed the manufacture’s procedure for attaching and mounting the spacer. Loctite is used on the inside bolts as they can’t be safteywired.

The bolts are then torqued in 3 stages to the required values.

Unfortunately once the prop is mounted my garage door wont close, but I still mounted it just to get a buzz and take a photo 🙂

While I remembered I used Anti-Seize on all the exhaust bolts and tightened them to the engine.
